Cookies Notice
This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on saldi.tech, what each one does, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can store an identifier that allows a site, or a third party acting for it, to recognise your browser on later visits. Similar technologies such as local storage work in comparable ways, and this notice covers those too.
Your choices
We ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining is a single click, exactly like accepting, and nothing on this site is withheld if you decline.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.

Analytics and marketing cookies
These are set only if you consent. Two services are involved: the Sopro Plugin, which tells us which of our outbound campaigns bring people here, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how pages on this site are actually used. If you decline, neither is loaded and none of the cookies below are set.
Campaign measurement (Sopro)
The Sopro Plugin helps us understand which of our outbound campaigns bring people to this website. Because the identifier can be linked to a recipient of one of our emails, this constitutes personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains it in section 6.
Sopro is Prospect Global Ltd, UK company number 09648733, registered with the ICO under ZA346877, acting as our data processor. Their privacy policy is at sopro.io and their Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@sopro.io.

If you consent, the Sopro plugin also sends the address of the page you are viewing and the page you arrived from to Sopro's servers. If you decline, the plugin is never loaded and none of these cookies are set.
Site analytics and session recording (Microsoft Clarity)
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the sequence of pages viewed — and replays those sessions to us so we can see where the site is confusing. It also produces heatmaps and aggregate usage statistics. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you.
Text you type into forms, and the contents of dropdowns, are masked by Clarity before a recording leaves your browser, so the details you enter in our demo request form are not visible in a replay. Clarity also derives an approximate location from your IP address.
Clarity is provided by Microsoft. Unlike Sopro, Microsoft does not act only on our instructions: it states that it operates Clarity as a data controller in its own right and uses the data for its own purposes as well as ours, including the advertising identifiers noted below. In the EEA the Clarity contracting entity is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Microsoft's privacy statement is at microsoft.com/privacy, and section 7 of our Privacy Policy explains what this means for you.

Microsoft publishes the purpose of each of these cookies but not their expiry periods; the durations above are those we have observed and Microsoft may change them. The first two are set on saldi.tech and are removed when you decline or withdraw consent. The remaining five are set on Microsoft's own domains, which means we cannot delete them for you — when you withdraw consent we ask Clarity to clear them, and you can also remove them through your browser settings.
What we do not use
We do not run advertising on this website, we do not use social media tracking pixels, and we do not sell data collected through cookies. We do not use any cookie to build a profile of you for our own marketing beyond the campaign measurement described above.
You should know, however, that the Microsoft cookies in the table above — MUID, CLID and their companions — are set on Microsoft's domains and recognise your browser across other websites that use Clarity or Microsoft services, and Microsoft uses MUID for its own advertising purposes. That is Microsoft's processing rather than ours, we receive nothing from it, and it happens only if you accept analytics cookies. If you would rather it did not happen, decline — the site works identically either way.
Fonts used on this site are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font service, so viewing this site does not disclose your visit to a font provider.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how this and other websites function. Guidance is available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Changes to this notice
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this notice and the date at the top. Where a change involves new non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
